Send de-identified, clinic-branded ultrasound images to parents by DICOM. The sonographer chooses what leaves, your brand rides every image, and your PACS stays exactly where it is.
PACSBridge is ultrasound image sharing software for obstetric, fetal-medicine and women's-imaging clinics. The sonographer picks the images and cine-loops that should reach the parents; PACSBridge removes identifying details, adds your clinic's branding, and delivers them to the patient's phone. Parents get the keepsake; the medical record stays in your systems.
Your scanner gets one new send-destination, and that's the only setup. Studies you choose are sent one-way to PACSBridge; there is no inbound connection to your PACS and no clinical archive is created. Identifying text can be removed from the pixels, your brand is applied, and the selected images and cine-loops are ordered and delivered for the parents to view on their phone, no app required.
Control stays with your clinic. The sonographer selects exactly which images leave; clinic staff make the final release. PACSBridge supports PHI detection and orders the sharpest images first. It does not decide for you and it does not auto-send whole studies. This is the difference between a keepsake layer and a patient portal.
Images are de-identified and the retained record is pseudonymised. PACSBridge is designed to support GDPR-style data-protection obligations, and a Data Processing Agreement and security documentation are available for your review. We keep data minimisation at the boundary: only the images you choose leave the clinic.
Where your data is handled. PACSBridge runs on Amazon Web Services, with the core platform hosted in Sydney. For clients in the EU, image de-identification is performed through a Germany-hosted proxy, so identifying details are removed within the EU. Images are encrypted in transit and at rest, and a Data Processing Agreement and full data-location detail are available for your review.
Patient portals and clinical archives were built to store and release the whole record, not to hand parents a branded keepsake. PACSBridge sits beside your PACS or portal and does the one job they do badly: giving parents a clean, shareable set of images with the identifying data removed. See the full comparison.
